Thank you for your interest in a mid-winter meditation at Kai Yoga South.
Winter is the perfect time to develop a meditation practice, while nature becomes dormant as it gathers it's resources and strength for Spring, we can follow nature's guidance and lean into our own much needed hibernation to equip us nicely for the next season.
I come from a background of talk therapy, and body work, including somatic awareness, acupressure, nervous system regulation, and Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy. I believe first and foremost in creating an environment of safety and non-judgement, and invite you to come along with an open mind as we explore nervous system regulation, breath, gentle movement and our intuition.
